The event takes place on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 April 2027.

World of Triathlon LIVE takes place at Excel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL.

Who is the event for?

Everyone! Whether you're an experienced triathlete, a complete beginner, a swimmer, cyclist, runner, coach or simply interested in an active lifestyle, there's something for you.

​

I've never done a triathlon before. Is the event suitable for me?

​

Absolutely! One of our main objectives is to make triathlon more accessible and welcoming. You'll find beginner-friendly workshops, expert advice, opportunities to discover equipment and plenty of inspiration to help you get started.

​

Is World of Triathlon LIVE an actual triathlon race?

​

No. World of Triathlon LIVE is an indoor exhibition celebrating everything swim, bike and run. However, there are interactive sporting experiences and activities you can take part in throughout the weekend.

​

2. Tickets and admission

​

How much are tickets?

​

Weekend tickets are currently just £10, giving visitors access to the event across both days.

Where can I buy tickets?

​

Tickets are available through our official website at www.worldoftriathlonlive.com.

Can I attend on both days?

​

Yes! Weekend tickets allow you to experience the show on both Saturday and Sunday.

Will I receive an electronic ticket?

​

Please refer to your ticket confirmation email with your QR code to be presented on arrival.

I've booked tickets but haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?

​

First, check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, please contact tickets@worldoftriathlonlive.com.

Who do I contact about an existing ticket booking?

Are group or triathlon club discounts available?

​

Yes! We offer discounts for triathlon clubs purchasing five or more tickets in a single transaction. Clubs will receive emails with further details.

​

If your club hasn't received the information, email tickets@worldoftriathlonlive.com to request a discount code.

​

Can I purchase tickets on the day?

​

Yes! Tickets will be available to purchase at the venue for £15 per day, subject to availability. We recommend booking online in advance.

​

Are VIP tickets available for 2027?

​

We won't be offering VIP tickets at World of Triathlon LIVE 2027. All visitors can enjoy the exhibition, stage talks, workshops and activities included with their admission.

​

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

​

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable.

​

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else or change the name on my booking?

​

Yes. Ticket transfers and name changes are permitted. Please contact our ticketing team at tickets@worldoftriathlonlive.com for assistance.

​

Is there an Essential Companion ticket?

​

Yes. Tickets are available under our Essential Companion category for visitors who require a companion or carer. Please select the appropriate category when booking and check the ticketing page for eligibility and booking details. Supporting documentation will be required. 

​

An EC ticket must be bought with an Adult ticket.

​

Which hall is World of Triathlon LIVE in?

​

World of Triathlon LIVE 2027 takes place in Hall S5 at ExceL London. Follow the venue signage when you arrive.

What can I expect to see at World of Triathlon LIVE?

Will I be able to buy products at the show?

​

Yes! Shopping is a major part of World of Triathlon LIVE. Many exhibitors will have products available to purchase, alongside exclusive offers and opportunities to discover new equipment.

Can I try products before buying them?

Many exhibitors offer product demonstrations and opportunities to explore equipment firsthand. Specific fitting, testing and demonstration opportunities will depend on each brand.

Will professional triathletes / sports stars be attending?

​

Yes! Our Beyond the Finish Line main stage features interviews with elite athletes, sporting legends and inspiring personalities from the multisport community.

​

Can I meet the athletes and get photographs or autographs?

​

Yes. Meet-and-greet opportunities are planned following on-stage interviews, giving visitors the chance to meet athletes, ask questions and take photographs.

​

What is the Beyond the Finish Line stage?

​

Our main stage brings you inspiring interviews with elite athletes, Olympians, Paralympians and sporting legends, alongside discussions about the future of multisport.

​

What is the Multisport Academy?

​

The Multisport Academy is our dedicated education stage, featuring workshops and expert advice on swimming, cycling, running, nutrition, coaching, race preparation and improving performance.

Sessions are designed for all abilities, from first-time triathletes to experienced competitors.

​

Do I need to book seats for stage talks and workshops?

​

There is no booking system, all on a first come first served basis. We recommend arriving early for particularly popular sessions.

​

Are the stage talks and workshops included in my ticket?

​

Yes! All stage talks and workshops are included in your admission ticket, with no additional charge. Simply check the event programme and plan your visit around the sessions you'd like to attend.

What is Give It A Tri?

​

Give It A Tri, sponsored by ZWIM, is our unique indoor static triathlon experience. Using innovative training equipment, including ROUVY and the ZWIM connected swim trainer, visitors can challenge themselves for kudos.

​

Can beginners take part in Give It A Tri?

​

The activity is designed to be a fun and engaging experience for visitors. Further information about participation requirements will be published ahead of the event.

​

Will there be competitions and prizes?

​

Yes! Competitions, giveaways and brand activations will feature throughout the weekend. Keep an eye on our website and social channels for announcements.

​

What is the Recovery Zone?

​

New for 2027, the Recovery Zone will be a dedicated show feature focused on recovery. Further details about participating brands and experiences will be announced.

​

Is there a community run?

​

Yes! A 10km Community Run, sponsored by Truefuels, led by Alistair Brownlee is included among our planned show highlights. More details about the route, timing and registration will be released closer to the event.

4. Getting to the event

​

How do I get to Excel London by public transport?

​

Excel London is easily accessible by the Elizabeth line and Docklands Light Railway (DLR). Custom House and Prince Regent are the two nearest stations, with Custom House serving the western entrance and Prince Regent the eastern entrance. Is parking available at Excel London?

What postcode should I use for the car park?

​

Use E16 1FR in your sat nav. Please follow the official car park directions rather than the main venue postcode.

​

Can I cycle to the event?

​

Yes. Free bicycle racks are available near Excel London's west entrance. Bicycles cannot be ridden inside the venue.

Are there hotels nearby?

​

Is World of Triathlon LIVE wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Excel London offers step-free access, accessible toilets and lifts. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are also available to hire free of charge, subject to availability and advance arrangements.

Is accessible parking available?

​

Yes. Excel London provides designated Blue Badge parking spaces, charged at the venue's standard parking tariff.

​

Are assistance dogs allowed?

​

Excel London accommodates assistance animals. Visitors with specific access requirements are encouraged to contact the venue before travelling.

Are there accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities?

​

6. Families and children

Is World of Triathlon LIVE suitable for children?

​

Yes! World of Triathlon LIVE is designed to welcome the wider multisport community, including families and young people interested in swimming, cycling, running and triathlon.

Can children attend for free?

​

Yes! Children aged 15 and under can attend World of Triathlon LIVE for free, as long as they are accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

​

Can I bring a pushchair?

​

Yes. Excel London has step-free access and spacious circulation areas suitable for pushchairs.

Will there be activities for children?

​

The show features interactive experiences, competitions and demonstrations. Some activities may have age, height or other participation restrictions, so please check with the individual activity organisers.

7. Planning your visit

​

How long should I allow for my visit?

​

We recommend allowing at least four to five hours to explore the exhibition, discover new brands and attend stage sessions. With so much happening across the weekend, you may wish to visit on both days!

Can I leave the exhibition and come back later?

​

Of course, you will need to present your ticket QR code upon re-entry.

​

Will there be a floor plan showing exhibitor locations?

​

Yes. Exhibitor stand locations are published in our online directory, and further visitor information will be available ahead of the event in our digital Show Guide.

​

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

​

Please check Excel London's visitor policies before attending. A wide range of food and drink outlets will be available at the venue.

​

Can I bring my own bicycle or sports equipment into the show?

​

Visitors should not assume that personal bicycles or large sporting equipment can be brought into the exhibition. Please contact the organisers in advance if you need to bring equipment for a particular activity.

Can I take photographs and videos at the event?

​

Personal photography is generally welcome, provided it does not disrupt other visitors, speakers or exhibitors. Commercial filming or professional photography may require prior permission.

What should I wear?

​

Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended, as you'll be walking around the exhibition. If you're planning to participate in an interactive sporting activity, you may wish to bring suitable sportswear.

Can I bring my dog?

Only assistance dogs should be brought without prior confirmation. Please check the venue's animal policy before travelling with any other dog.

What happens if I lose something at the event?

​
