I started triathlon in the British triathlon super series where as a youth was placing around 40th to in 2024 winning the senior series and qualifying for my first world championship as a first year U23. I didn't follow the typical path but I've shown you don't always need to! I've since raced at European Championships World and European Cups and even Supertri. I train in the Loughborough Olympic Performance Squad alongside the best of the best athletes.

Sean Conway has completed over 116 full distance triathlons, most famously doing 105 in 105 days. He is the only person to have completed a length of Britain triathlon from Land’s End to John O’Groats, and he has also completed a continuous 4,200 mile triathlon. When it comes to doing a lot of triathlons, Sean knows exactly what he’s talking about.

Racing since I was eight, guided by my dad, a 24-time Ironman. While completing my MBA, I became an NCAA D1 medallist. I race professionally for GB in short-course European Cups and won my first 70.3 on a road bike, while building a marketing career through millions of Instagram views.
